The opening of the only brick-and-mortar shop with Wallachian frgáls in Prague was preceded by immense respect, feeling, and admiration for this region and its local masters. Forests, pastures, and cottages where time flows more slowly and honesty still has its value. A Wallachian is a person rooted in the region. Straightforward, proud, hardworking. Things that were meant to last were created by their hands—and they have lasted. Wallachia is about honest work, strong families, and flavors that have a memory. About recipes passed down from generation to generation. About food that nourishes both the body and the soul. Here, it is true that whatever comes from Wallachia has its own story, character, and heart.
